02Introduction
We are an IT services company. Our work is to turn business problems into reliable, well-documented software.
Despite the wording of our registered name, our focus is technology: software development, web engineering, cloud infrastructure and the integration of systems that need to work together.
We favour small, deliberate steps, transparent communication and decisions that are written down. The goal is software you can trust today and still change comfortably tomorrow.
03Core IT capabilities
Six disciplines, one coherent practice.
01
Custom software
Applications shaped around your processes rather than forced into a generic product.
02
Web applications
Browser-based products and internal tools that work on every screen size.
03
Cloud infrastructure
Environments that are reproducible, observable and documented.
04
Integration & automation
Existing systems connected so data moves without manual copying.
05
Technical consulting
Discovery, architecture review and realistic delivery planning.
06
QA & maintenance
Testing, updates and steady improvement after launch.

04Custom software development
Built around how you actually work.
Off-the-shelf products often fit only part of a process. We build custom applications that reflect your real workflows, data and rules — from internal back-office tools to customer-facing systems.
Every project starts with a clear model of the domain. We choose established, well-supported technologies, keep dependencies deliberate and document the reasoning behind important decisions.
05Web application engineering
Fast, accessible, and quietly robust.
We engineer web applications that load quickly, adapt to any screen and remain usable with a keyboard or assistive technology.
Server rendering, sensible caching, typed code and automated tests are part of the default — not optional extras.
- Responsive
- Layouts designed for phones first and scaled up.
- Accessible
- Semantic markup, contrast and keyboard support.
- Performant
- Lean bundles, optimised images, minimal blocking.
- Maintainable
- Typed, tested, consistently structured code.

06Cloud architecture & infrastructure
Infrastructure you can reason about.
We design cloud environments that are proportionate to the problem: no more complexity than needed, and enough resilience for what matters.
Infrastructure is described as code, environments are reproducible, and logging and monitoring are planned from the beginning so issues are visible before they become incidents.

07Systems integration & automation
Let your systems talk to each other.
Many organisations rely on several tools that do not share data. We connect them through APIs, scheduled jobs and event-driven processes, reducing manual re-entry and the errors that come with it.
Automations are built with clear error handling, retries and logs, so that when something unexpected happens it is noticed and recoverable.
08Security-conscious engineering
Security as a habit, not an afterthought.
- Least-privilege access for people, services and data.
- Secrets kept out of source code and rotated when needed.
- Input validation and careful handling of personal data.
- Dependencies reviewed and kept up to date.
- Encrypted connections and sensible defaults throughout.

09Product discovery & planning
Think first. Then build the right thing.
Discovery is where expensive mistakes are cheapest to fix. We work with you to understand users, constraints and priorities, then translate them into a technical plan.
The outcome is concrete: a written scope, an architecture outline, identified risks and a staged roadmap you can use with us or with any other team.
10Delivery process
Six clear stages.
1
Discover
We clarify goals, users, constraints and the problem worth solving before any code is written.
2
Define
Scope, architecture and priorities are written down so everyone agrees on what will be built.
3
Design
Interfaces, data models and integration points are drafted and reviewed early.
4
Build
Work proceeds in short, reviewable increments with regular working demonstrations.
5
Verify
Automated and manual testing confirm that the software behaves as agreed.
6
Release & sustain
Deployment is planned carefully, followed by monitoring, fixes and improvements.
11Quality assurance & maintenance
Launch is the middle, not the end.
Quality assurance
Unit, integration and end-to-end tests run automatically. Manual exploratory testing covers what automation cannot, and every defect is reproduced before it is fixed.
Long-term maintenance
Dependency and security updates, monitoring, performance tuning and small improvements keep software healthy as your needs evolve.
12Industries & business needs
Wherever software meets real operations.

- Professional servicesClient portals, document workflows, scheduling.
- Retail & e-commerceCatalogue, order and inventory integrations.
- Logistics & operationsTracking, dispatch and reporting tools.
- Property & facilitiesAsset records, maintenance requests, tenant communication.
- Education & trainingLearning platforms and administration tools.
- Start-ups & new venturesFirst versions of products, built to grow.
13Frequently asked questions
What kind of projects do you take on?
We work on custom software, web applications, cloud environments, integrations between business systems, and technical consulting. Projects range from focused improvements to new products built from the ground up.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Much of our work involves understanding what already exists, keeping what works, and integrating or modernising the rest in careful steps.
How do you estimate a project?
After an initial discovery conversation we outline scope, assumptions and risks, then propose an approach in stages so that estimates are grounded in a shared understanding.
Who owns the code you write?
Ownership terms are agreed in writing for each engagement. Our default is that the code and documentation produced for you are handed over in full.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance covering updates, security patches, monitoring and incremental improvements.
How do we start?
Write to loisdean19757@gmail.com with a short description of what you need. We will reply to arrange an initial conversation.
